Parking is accessible on the street or in the lot across the street at an hourly rate.

Please keep your valuables with you during your service, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost items.
Advise your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities and pregnancy prior to all chemical services.
As cute as they are, please respect other guests and refrain from bringing in pets during your service time.
Kindly arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for checking in and changing.
If you are running late please call guest services so they can tell your service provider.
We will be most accommodating, but if you arrive more then 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your service if it affects the following guest’s appointment.
Please allow 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. More than 3 consecutive cancellations will require a credit card to schedule a future appointment.
We advise advance booking for your next appointment prior to leaving to ensure you get your desired appointment date and time.
Brazilian Blowout and Extensions require a 25% deposit to book the appointment.

Gratuity is at your discretion and greatly appreciated. The industry standard is 18% and please be advised that our artisans accept cash gratuities only.
If you are not satisfied with your service please call us within 48 hours. Corrections must be with same service provider, and must be rescheduled within the first 7 days of the initial service. We regret that we cannot give refunds due to the nature of our industry, and additional product charges may apply. If you would like to try another artisan for the correction, you will be subject to their fee.
We work as a team, so if you would like to try another artisan we understand and promise that you won’t feel uncomfortable at your next appointment. We strive to make all of our guests happy 100% of the time, even if that means trying another artisan until you find the right “fit!”
